She was easily available on her mobile to sort out our many queries and calmly coped with last minute ideas. We were satisfied with the options available, and the cost was very reasonable (and accurately predicted). We were able to include livestreaming for interstate and overseas family and friends. It was a good funeral and quite a comfort.
