I was very impressed by the professionalism and compassion of the staff at the funeral home. They handled everything with care and respect, from the arrangements to the service. They were attentive to our needs and preferences, and made sure that everything went smoothly. The funeral home was clean and comfortable, and the flowers and music were beautiful. They also helped us with the paperwork and created a lovely memorial book for us, which was a big relief. I would highly recommend this funeral home to anyone who is looking for a dignified and respectful farewell for their loved ones.

I was excluded from meeting with the funeral home by my sister's, who then requested the funeral home ask me on the morning of my mum's funeral not to bring me my service dog in training at the families request, I informed them that there are breaking the law of they refused me entry to my mother's funeral if I took my support dog in training, they argued with me that my dog had no rights, they refused to acknowledge that my dog was not a support dog in training but a service dog in training, they were rude to me, they didn't know the law they were trying to stand behind and the fact that I am just as much family as my sister's were but David Bull funerals got involved and took sides of a family feud to which they discriminated against me and my disability I arrived at my mother's funeral with my support dog in training to have a staff member Jamie stand in front of me telling me he couldn't let me in, I told them they were breaking the law if they didn't let me in, Jamie went to ask my sister sitting at the front of I could come in, I just washed in and day in the back row of my mother's funeral while my two sisters say up the front together, appalling and illegal treatment of a grieving person who was a child of the deceased, I have made an official complaint to the relevant organisations. I hope they learn some compassion and the law so none else has to experience discrimination and emotional de-stress while they are already grieving.
