It’s tough organising a funeral service from an emotional perspective and the Simplicity team recognised this and allowed enough time for us to work through our grief while still getting us to a point where we designed a service that met mums needs. We were especially appreciative of some of the little things - sorting out the music, the booklets and order of service, the food. Highly recommended.
