They were kind, caring, considerate and appropriate. Alex listened and really understood our wants and needs and provided clear and concise advice and instructions to us to ensure everything was in order. The guests at the service all noted how wonderfully and thoughtfully prepared everything was. I highly recommend them to anybody requiring their services at these difficult but inevitable times. May 2024Thank you to Georgia from Potter's Field Funerals. In such a stressful time, Georgia was very compassionate and helpful with making the arrangements very easy. I was stressed with having to organise everything and just knowing that Georgia was on top of the funeral side of things for our family, was just one less thing to stress about. I was updated every day with where everything was at, even over the weekend on the Sunday Georgia checked in to make sure everything was ok for the funeral on Monday and if there was anything that we need as family from Potter's Field Funerals. Amazing customer service in my eyes!! I highly recommend them as a business, and they are also quite well priced compared to all the other places we had been in contact with.
