Our funeral director, Jane Wu, guided us through every step of the process with care and expertise, incorporating meaningful elements of Chinese tradition. As a mixed-culture family, we required the service to be conducted in both Mandarin and English. Jane delivered this seamlessly—clear, heartfelt, and beyond our expectations. Her ability to connect with everyone present was truly special. We particularly appreciate that our family members, as well as our guests, were given the opportunity to make flower tributes to our beloved mother, a beautiful gesture and a memory that will stay with us forever. All the other staff members showed great compassion, respect, and professionalism throughout the entire service. We are deeply grateful that our beloved mother had such a beautiful and dignified farewell. We highly recommend Jane Wu and the team at Le Pine Glen Waverley.

Alex, Tim, management, catering staff and everyone in his team not only handled the arrangements flawlessly, but they also added so many extra touches to make the day seamless and comforting. No questions went unanswered and help was readily forthcoming. Ian and Alex's attention to detail was noticed and appreciated. We are all so thankful you were there to ensure we did Ron proud.
