We would like to sincerely thank Le Pine Glen Waverley for the outstanding service provided for our beloved mother’s funeral. Our funeral director, Jane Wu, guided us through every step of the process with care and expertise, incorporating meaningful elements of Chinese tradition. As a mixed-culture family, we required the service to be conducted in both Mandarin and English. Jane delivered this seamlessly—clear, heartfelt, and beyond our expectations. Her ability to connect with everyone present was truly special. We particularly appreciate that our family members, as well as our guests, were given the opportunity to make flower tributes to our beloved mother, a beautiful gesture and a memory that will stay with us forever. All the other staff members showed great compassion, respect, and professionalism throughout the entire service.
