I dont usually leave reviews but i wanted to acknowledge Liz Cruickshank and the team at Le Pine Funerals Eltham. Liz went above and beyond for our family during the most devastating chapter of our lives. Her compassion, patience and genuine care never wavered, and she treated our family with such dignity and kindness. We are incredibly grateful for the support she gave us when we needed it most. We will never forget the care she showed our family.

Anthony and the team were beyond exceptional with genuine compassion and outstanding professionalism. From the moment we first contacted Anthony at Le Pine Eltham, we were met with heartfelt care, professionalism, and genuine compassion. During one of the most difficult times in our lives. The loss of our beloved mother, Anthony and his wonderful team went above and beyond in every possible way. Anthony treated our family with the utmost kindness, respect, and dignity. His calm, thoughtful approach provided comfort and reassurance when we needed it most. He patiently guided us through each step with understanding and empathy, always making himself available to support us. What touched us deeply was how gently and respectfully Anthony cared for our elderly father. His warmth and patience made an enormous difference in easing our father's grief, and we will never forget that kindness. The funeral service itself was a beautiful, heartfelt celebration of our mother’s life. Every detail was managed with care and professionalism, allowing us to focus on honouring her memory without worry or stress. We are forever grateful to Anthony and the entire Le Pine Eltham team. Their genuine compassion, exceptional service, and unwavering support will always be remembered by our family.
