Kim has an incredible ability to put people at ease, even during moments when we didn't think it was possible on a very emotional day. We were so grateful to have Kim as our Funeral Director, guiding us all the way, and for helping us feel so comfortable during our time of grief. Dec 2023We just finished Shirley Barbers funeral here, and it was perfect, from start to finish Anthony Russel walked us through the whole procedure, held our hands, from start to finish, everything was organised to perfection, from the flower arrangements, the catering, live streaming from multiple angles, what can I say, we have had family international and interstate raving about how good this streamed service was! The slide show done beautifully, the memorial cards were outstanding. I highly recommend this funeral setting …. WOW 😀🥰 I forgot to mention the other staff here that all work together like clockwork, showing respect and care.
