Tomorrow Funerals

Dear Kate & Bec, Thank for conducting a beautiful memorial yesterday. Right from the start, we felt you were a good fit for our family and you would reflect our wishes. Throughout this past difficult week, you have answered all our questions, guided us in what we should consider, and always supported us in the decisions we made. When we came home yesterday and talked about the day, the overwhelming feeling we had was of contentment and satisfaction that we had honoured XXXXXX as best we all could. And, we knew that we did XXXXXX proud - he would have been a very happy man. Kate, your professionalism yesterday was exemplary. The way in which you gently assisted older members of our family, the photo you added to the table of our special memories, your greeting of guests in the foyer - all the little touches did not go unnoticed. Most importantly, the caring manner in which you conducted our farewell to XXXXXX is what we are so grateful for. Thank you.
