I’ve never planned a funeral before but If you are lucky enough to meet ‘Tracey’ then your funeral will indeed be blessed! I lost my Mum and she was my World ❤️ and words can not describe how wonderful Tracey was in helping guide me through this upsetting process especially during my grieve! Caring, Compassionate, Humorous, Professional are the obvious words that come to mind but in our case it went beyond that and Tracey became a better friend to me than my own friends, always ready to give me support and hugs when I needed it and constantly checked on my wellbeing on the phone. Tracey helped me plan just the kind of service Mum would have wanted, intimate, personal and full of love. She did everything I asked her to do and made a sad occasion to be one of celebration instead of sorrow. I would highly recommend Tracey and White Lady Funerals everything was so beautifully done and the love & care shone through - you are indeed special well chosen ladies and Mum would have loved what you did. Praises to Tracy Pointer and the White Lady Funeral team at Epping, Vic. Tracy's care and guidance through the planning of our father's funeral service recently, was exemplary. She understood our family's needs and ideas completely, as well as the sort of farewell we wanted for our dad. She went over and above in ensuring everything ran smoothly. It felt like she was part of our family the way she cared for us. Tracy showed respect, friendship and light-heartedness (when we needed it), and understanding, especially towards our mother, who was understandably overwhelmed with grief.
