From our very first interaction, the care, empathy and professionalism shown by White Lady Funerals was exceptional, and this was evident throughout every stage of the process.
Our funeral director, Mel Keating, guided us through every aspect of the arrangements with genuine compassion, calmness and patience. She managed sensitive family dynamics with grace and understanding, ensuring everything ran smoothly during what was an emotionally difficult time. Mel thoughtfully arranged every detail of our mother’s non-denominational service; from the beautiful wicker coffin and stunning floral arrangements, to the photo tribute and order of service booklets. Those who did attend were able to gather afterwards in the beautiful reflection room with refreshments, all thoughtfully catered for by White Lady Funerals.
Beyond the service itself, Mel and the White Lady team handled every practical detail with sensitivity and efficiency; arranging the transfer of our mother from the hospital, coordinating the hearse to the crematorium, liaising directly with the crematorium for the cremation, and managing the death certificate and all associated paperwork. Having everything taken care of so seamlessly removed an enormous burden from our family at a very difficult time.
The celebrant, Marguerite Poole, conducted the service with remarkable professionalism, warmth and kindness. She spoke so eloquently
