Rachel has been an angel sent to work here-literally From our initial point of contact she was extremely supportive and understanding and respected all of our wishes when taking care of our father after he passed away and to have him cremated and ashes returned to us so respectfully. The reassurance provided to us as a family was Genuine and heartfelt- She gave us the time we needed to discuss our needs as a family and was a gentle voice over the phone and in person. We will never forget her genuine care and her passion to help did not go unnoticed.
