She was lovely from the outset and throughout the whole process, including communication and arranging the service for our Mum. Carol was very kind, caring and friendly, which helped our family through a very sad and emotional time. On the day, we were touched by her thoughtfulness and her attention to detail, which ensured our final goodbye for Mum was a special occasion, where we were able to reminisce about happy memories and share in a beautiful celebration of her life. Carol, Karen and the whole team personalised our experience, which we very much appreciated and thank them all for. ❤️
