Nov 2021I've attended a few funeral services here before and it has always been pleasant. Only recently had I been required to assist a family friend to personally arrange everything with the funeral director (from collecting the deceased body to the final cremation). I had no clue, but Julian and Karen (new staff member that also speaks Vietnamese) led us through the whole process in a very kind, stress-free and accommodating way. They worked really well with the family and accommodating to many religious ceremonies and even with the Vietnamese culture. They are definitely a gift to the surrounding community, not just Vietnamese, especially in the time of grieving and most needed by families. I highly recommended their services.
