While waiting in the reception area, I listened to the receptionist speaking gently and professionally with families, reassuring them that their loved ones had arrived safely and were being cared for. That sincerity and empathy meant so much during such a difficult time. Paul was incredibly kind and supportive when we came to view my father. Nov 2021I've attended a few funeral services here before and it has always been pleasant. Only recently had I been required to assist a family friend to personally arrange everything with the funeral director (from collecting the deceased body to the final cremation). I had no clue, but Julian and Karen (new staff member that also speaks Vietnamese) led us through the whole process in a very kind, stress-free and accommodating way. They worked really well with the family and accommodating to many religious ceremonies and even with the Vietnamese culture. They are definitely a gift to the surrounding community, not just Vietnamese, especially in the time of grieving and most needed by families. I highly recommended their services.
