Our Funeral Director Keely was extremely helpful and professional, nothing was ever too hard and she was always available to answer any questions or accommodate our requests . Feb 2026I want to thank everyone at MH Funerals for the kindness, patience and extensive knowledge they showed at every stage of the funeral process for my father. At a time when all of us were overwhelmed with grief, Jenny was constantly there to help guide and support, whether via email or phone. In spite of it being under absolutely awful circumstances, it was an absolute pleasure to meet and work with Jenny and she has been nothing but wonderful before, during and after the service. I also wish to extend the greatest of thanks to Suzie, who not only took the time to visit me at home to talk about dad but brought so much levity and understanding of him and his character to the service itself. As soon as I spoke to her on the phone for the first time, I remember saying to the family, "Oh, she'll be perfect" and indeed she was. Last but not least, I also want to thank Alleasha for being an integral part of the process behind the scenes. I don't believe we spoke directly but my uncle had nothing but wonderful things to say about you and how you helped in those early stages after dad's passing. I can't thank you all enough for making a difficult time so much easier.

The way you handled the day with such professionalism, while also adding those personal touches, meant so much to us. Jenny was exceptional. From the first phone call, I knew she would give my dad the send off he deserved. She catered to all our needs and made sure everything was just right. I am beyond grateful and truly in awe of how the day came together. Everyone who attended commented on how beautiful the service was. A special thank you to Suzie (the celebrant), who honoured my dad in the most heartfelt way and captured his essence perfectly. It was as if she already knew him. She truly was made to be a celebrant, and we feel so fortunate that she was the one to tell Dad’s story. You truly went above and beyond. Because of all of you, we will cherish the memory of Dad’s farewell for the rest of our lives.
