Nov 2025Wow I can’t thank Anne & the team at Picaluna enough. All the care and guidance given from the planing stage till the final farewell. You see we started the process of pre arranging my mum’s funeral so she got what she wanted. Something truly symbolic. Something showing she was still with us. Then my mums health took a turn for the worse & her farewell came a little sooner than expected. Her memorial service was everything mum wanted from chocolate to playing her favourite music & a true celebration of who mum was. A reminder that she will live on in all of us. For those thinking of cost. There are plenty of affordable options to choose from. It does not need to be tabu, talk to your family about what you want. Trust me it helps.

Ann showed us a unique understanding of the sadness and grief we faced whilst making us feel comforted at a time we felt most vulnerable. From our first meeting through to our final goodbyes Ann made evident the love she has for her vocation as proven by her deep compassion and her calm demeanour. Our Mother would have been proud that her service was so elegant and engaging. The celebration of our Mother’s life will be forever a beautiful memory, thank you Ann.
