From the beginning, they showed great attention to detail, and made sure every part of the process and service was handled with genuine respect and compassion. Your warm and compassionate demeanour whilst helping us to navigate the arrangements for my Mum’s recent Celebration of Life will be remembered with love and gratitude. As I have never had to plan for such a sad event before, I welcomed the guidance and support offered to our whole family. Every detail was taken care of and Rachel’s advice and every question answered with professionalism and compassion, even down to helping us locate the perfect casket that was befitting my beautiful and beloved Mum. Also, the beautiful photo presentation put together by Don was magnificent… and the Memorial card turned out to be simply stunning! I also wish to show my family’s appreciation to Jane Donnelly, the Celebrant recommended to us by A Gentle Touch. Again, with warm compassion and guidance, when taking the time to come and visit us at Mum’s home, and then preparing heartfelt words of welcome and delivering the most perfect service with kindness and professionalism is truly appreciated by the whole family. The day could not have gone any more perfect… and I can highly recommend A Gentle Touch funerals to anyone wishing to engage their services in such a sad time of the passing of a loved one. 🙌💛

Don was professional, comforting, and respectful right from the second he answered my call to the conclusion of the funeral. We used A Gentle Touch for my Pop 8 years ago and my Nan insisted she be looked after by them. This year, that time came and I think she would be honoured with her treatment.
