After making some initial enquiries to different funeral provider options, it soon became apparent that Virgo was clearly the standout option. They proved to be an exceptionally professional, dignified and empathetic support network throughout the difficult time. From the first call with Charne to every single communication with Jason and his team - in person (including meeting us on the weekend after we missed a deadline to provide them with important information), over the phone and via email - I genuinely could not be more impressed by the firm, its staff, premises and the total process overall. They are genuinely good people and I could not recommend any firm higher from my experience with the total team at Virgo - a genuine many thanks.
