Disappointed in the result of my loved ones funeral. Even more disappointing that others noticed the lack of respect of staff. Especially the way other staff are behaving during a service, it gives the loved ones uncertainty during a difficult time. Nyree is the only decent staff member, yet at times she can come across as indirect. Though it's important to acknowledge that this company wouldn't be much without her. She really is the driving force yet can not do fitful her job due incompetent staff. Falling asleep during an Aboriginal elders funeral is disgusting, you didn't offend one family you offended a whole mob. Please don't go on our country if you are unwell, you are exposing vulnerable families and elders. To getting details incorrect on a casket, to rushing and knocking someone over, to the live stream poorly done, to no slideshow shown and so many other poorly executed. We cannot redo Funeral, it's our last chance at showing our loved one how much they meant and to honour their life. Please respond with head office details urgently.
