Nov 2025Extremely disappointed and would not recommend. These people were in charge of 2 funerals for our family. A total lack of competence when organising audio and visual for people outside the church. Smiling and laughing amongst themselves in front of everyone was the absolute height of disrespect. Nobody thought it was amusing that you couldn't do your job! Just do better. Grieving is hard enough without having to deal with incompetent funeral directors and/or assistants!

Mar 2025Thank you very much for not only taking the time to make sure I was ok, for taking the time to make sure I couldn't get extra help for my dads cremation (personally by walking over with me to centrelink and meeting with them front on) But for making things swift and easy with no stress. From beginning to end and including his death certificate- you have been amazing. I couldn't have wished for more. So thank you

Oct 2024Disappointed in the result of my loved ones funeral. Even more disappointing that others noticed the lack of respect of staff. Especially the way other staff are behaving during a service, it gives the loved ones uncertainty during a difficult time. Nyree is the only decent staff member, yet at times she can come across as indirect. Though it's important to acknowledge that this company wouldn't be much without her. She really is the driving force yet can not do fitful her job due incompetent staff. Falling asleep during an Aboriginal elders funeral is disgusting, you didn't offend one family you offended a whole mob. Please don't go on our country if you are unwell, you are exposing vulnerable families and elders. To getting details incorrect on a casket, to rushing and knocking someone over, to the live stream poorly done, to no slideshow shown and so many other poorly executed. We cannot redo Funeral, it's our last chance at showing our loved one how much they meant and to honour their life. Please respond with head office details urgently.

June 2023Generation Funerals recently laid my aunty to rest after her sudden and devastating passing. The funeral service was beautiful and it really touched my heart in a way that I didn’t expect from a stranger. It was personal, and the young lady who delivered the service did so with compassion, sympathy and professionalism. Her words were so profound and the way she greeted everyone on the arrival was very special too. She was giving her sympathy to all and embracing the family members with a kind hug. You could tell that she genuinely cared, even my wife who is a lady of few words made comment. I would recommend Generation Funerals in a heartbeat to anyone in their time of need, you will receive the best support and guidance in your time of need.

July 2021Nyree and the team at Generation Funerals could not have been more compassionate, friendly or considerate. They organised everything seamlessly for my grandmother's funeral and I would recommend them highly.
