Lisa was so helpful and was very clear in what we needed to do, how we could complete things and gave us all our options. We never felt rushed or hurried along and she was so empathetic and could relate to our situation. On the day of the funeral, everything went so seamlessly that we did not have any worries or concerns. The added bonus of Lisa changing the funeral flowers into individual bouquets was AMAZING and it was great to be able to give people some.if these and keep some for ourselves. She even dropped off the death certificate to me in person, so as to not put me out having to get it. I have never wanted to recommend a company or rep (Lisa) more!!”
