He is a JP and certified a copy of our important documents for the funeral insurance claims. His communication throughout was excellent, with both emails and telephone calls. Elizabeths incredible attention to detail and personal touch went beyond what a funeral director needs to deliver. Elizabeth is one in a million and simplicity are lucky to have her. I simply cant thank her enough for all she did and the enormous weight she took of my shoulders in such a difficult time.
