He is a JP and certified a copy of our important documents for the funeral insurance claims. His communication throughout was excellent, with both emails and telephone calls. Truly he is the best funeral director. He understands what we go through, is immensely respectful and had everything set up beautifully for Mum’s service. There are not enough superlatives in the english language to express the lengths Elizabeth went to to make sure the service was delivered in the highest class and with respect. Elizabeths incredible attention to detail and personal touch went beyond what a funeral director needs to deliver. Elizabeth is one in a million and simplicity are lucky to have her. I simply cant thank her enough for all she did and the enormous weight she took of my shoulders in such a difficult time.
