Kenton Ross Funerals

“I’d like to personally thank the entire team at Kenton Ross Funerals. It was difficult and an unusual situation to deal with, however the team (Freya you’re incredible!) did an amazing job of making sure we felt heard, understood and supported throughout. On behalf of myself, Erin and Trina, we’d especially like to say a massive thank you to the incredible TIM SIMPSON!!! His kindness, empathy, compassion and relaxed personality made the whole experience something special. I’ve never before come across a Funeral Director who listened without judgement, encouraged us when we felt lost and who genuinely wanted to get to know my sister who had passed. That in itself is so important and mostly unheard of. We never felt rushed and no question or request was ever too hard. Tim took so much time to even just sit down and be a kind, patient listening ear whenever we needed that little bit of extra support. I’d recommend anyone who finds themselves having to make arrangements for the loss of a loved one, especially when you’re in the throes of grief and loss, reach out to KENTON ROSS FUNERALS and be sure to ask for TIM SIMPSON. I promise you’ll feel as if you’re talking to a real friend when you’re at you’re most vulnerable.”

“I will be forever grateful to the staff at Kenton Ross Funerals for the extraordinary professionalism, compassion and care they’ve shown my family during three of the most difficult times in our lives. From the very first phone call, they gently held our hands through every step; ensuring we felt both understood and supported. Every question and request was answered and actioned with ease. Every member of their team treated our loved ones with the utmost dignity and respect. The services they created for each were both truly beautiful and deeply meaningful. Every detail was arranged with such thoughtfulness, bringing us such comfort and peace. I cannot express enough thanks for their kindness and dedication. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking a caring, down to earth and professional funeral service.”
