Oct 2025I’d like to personally thank the entire team at Kenton Ross Funerals. It was difficult and an unusual situation to deal with, however the team (Freya you’re incredible!) did an amazing job of making sure we felt heard, understood and supported throughout. On behalf of myself, Erin and Trina, we’d especially like to say a massive thank you to the incredible TIM SIMPSON!!! His kindness, empathy, compassion and relaxed personality made the whole experience something special. I’ve never before come across a Funeral Director who listened without judgement, encouraged us when we felt lost and who genuinely wanted to get to know my sister who had passed. That in itself is so important and mostly unheard of. We never felt rushed and no question or request was ever too hard. Tim took so much time to even just sit down and be a kind, patient listening ear whenever we needed that little bit of extra support. I’d recommend anyone who finds themselves having to make arrangements for the loss of a loved one, especially when you’re in the throes of grief and loss, reach out to KENTON ROSS FUNERALS and be sure to ask for TIM SIMPSON.
