July 2025Compassionate, Professional, and Truly Exceptional Service From the moment we contacted Premier Funerals we were met with warmth, empathy, and a level of professionalism by Jacqui that brought immense comfort during one of the most difficult times in our lives. Every detail was handled with care and respect, and the team went above and beyond to ensure our loved one’s farewell was meaningful and dignified. We are so grateful for the kindness and dedication shown by everyone. They helped turn a painful moment into a peaceful and memorable tribute. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you for everything.

Feb 2026I cannot speak highly enough of the incredible team at Premiere Funerals Jacqui, Karen, and the beautiful celebrant Angie. These three women were nothing short of amazing in helping us honour my dear friend just days before Christmas, a time that was already so emotional and overwhelming. From the very first moment, their compassion, professionalism, and genuine care wrapped around us like a warm embrace. The love and support they showed our family was something I have truly never experienced before. They didn’t just organise a funeral, they held our hands through one of the toughest moments of our lives. My friend left behind two beautiful children, and the way Jacqui, Karen, and Angie supported them throughout this process was incredibly. They treated them with patience, and kindness, always making sure they felt safe, included, and cared for. That meant more to us than words can express. The service itself was absolutely beautiful. Every detail was thoughtfully planned and executed with grace. Angela spoke so eloquently and from the heart. Her words were powerful, comforting, and deeply personal. She captured my friend’s spirit so perfectly. At the same time, she managed to bring warmth and light into the space, which is such a rare and special gift. Premiere Funerals offers not only exceptional service but also affordability without compromising on quality or care. During such a difficult time, having a team that is organised, compassionate, and truly dedicated makes

Dec 2024It's not often I write a bad review, but I felt compelled to do so. The website says "We prepare your loved one for their final goodbye or viewing, ensuring that every aspect of the funeral service meets your expectations. We are there with you every step of the way, guiding and supporting you through this difficult time." My sister had the opposite experience with the funeral director of this company. Here are a couple of examples. She was told by another office that prior to cremation, she could spend time with the coffin , have a tea or coffee during the cremations process and she would be notified when it was over. When she arrived, the funeral director at Buderim was unaware she was coming and the body was already in front of the oven. She asked my sister if she wanted to see the body go into the oven - my sister said no. The funeral director then said they could move the body to the curtained area. My sister was then warned that the viewing might be 'confronting' because he was in a cardboard coffin covered by tape. My sister asked if the coffin could be covered. That was agreed to, a sheet was put over the top and some rosemary and a little plaque. Why would this just not be done in the first place when the funeral director knew it would be confronting? I checked that the sheet was on before my sister went in. I asked where the tea / coffee was and how we would be notified. Was told that it would be an hour and 'we don't really notify.' Actually, she was going to be
