The director Christine was an invaluable part of the service, providing accurate information; listening to our needs and concerns, with flexibility and applying them to the type of service we chose; plus, she encased her delivery and communication with gentle kindness and compassion. White Lady Funerals took over the organisation and care for our loved one from the hospital to the funeral, the church, and the follow up. The funeral was delivered seamlessly with such care, diligence and compassion. The staff's support was immeasurable, especially under such a sad and heartbreaking time.
