From our first contact, they showed genuine compassion and guided us through every step with patience and respect. Their attention to detail, thoughtful organisation, and personal touches made the service truly meaningful and beautifully reflective of my father’s life. Nov 2025I’d put 6stars if I could. Yvonne and Jacinta made our experience memorable for all the right reasons. They were absolutely professional, empathic, flexible and client centre focused, which included our recently departed family member. First Nations Community members were present in numbers and we all felt considered and that the focus was on honouring our departed family member on our own terms. Absolutely recommend. Almost a shame you have to die to work with them. 🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤

Oct 2025Yvonne the Funeral Director from Albany Creek is an absolutely beautiful person. She is very loving, caring and genuine. It is so very upsetting and overwhelming when losing a loved one and having to organise their farewell. Right from the start Yvonne was very caring and attentive, showing respect, support and guidance along the way, making the whole process so much easier for all of us and for making me feel more at ease. Every detail was discussed making sure we were happy with the final outcome of my Aunties Funeral Service on the day. Even though it was incredibly sad to say goodbye, it was a beautiful service. I wanted to thank the team at George Hartnett Metropolitan Funerals for assisting Yvonne. I wanted to say thank you to Wendy the Celebrant who is such a lovely, caring and compassionate lady. She held a beautiful Service. Dec 2025Jacinta, Kevin and Stacey were absolutely wonderful, compassionate and caring looking after Dad after he passed as well as our entire family at such a sad moment. They did bring joy into it as they played Dad's favorite music to him as they were looking after him. I could not rate them higher.....they were outstanding in a time of grief but also a celebration of Dad's life
