Apr 2023Contacted by D Woods after our Nan died. He was apparently offering ‘help’ as he’d spoken to an uncle, but all he did was upset my mother and bad mouth Nan’s choice of funeral provider without listening. Tried to correct us on ACT funeral practices despite the nursing home and funeral home both being very communicative on required procedures. Mum felt the whole conversation seemed more like a used car salesman than a family friend supporting in time of need.
