We had special requirements that were met without any question or issue. Both my parents in a 12mths space were celebtrated at Alan Harris and those in attendance both physically and online said that both services were beautiful and memorable. We couldn't have wished for anything more. So thankful.

Mar 2026Based on my recent experience I could NOT honestly recommend this funeral home. I Regret having chosen AHM for my Mothers arrangements. They are no longer locally owned but one of 35 corporate owned funeral homes who in my opinion put profits before people! They seem to have no compassion or consideration for anyone who is struggling to pay for a funeral as I was . Their finance polices which were never explained to me prior to the fact left me approximately $3000.00. Out of pocket on top of the initial quote. No apology was ever made 'Just Company policy' was the reply. After my initial contact with AHM I did consider making my own arrangements with them to save my family the expense & torment a difficult time. However after this not so pleasant experience I will now organise that with one of the locally owned funeral homes who will hopefully show more flexability compassion & consideration for their clients and not put their profits above the people who are their clients.
