Oct 2025My family had the worst experience with White Lady - Rockdale. When we went to discuss our mothers funeral, we were met by a lady who had ony tranfered to Rockdale and admitted that she didn't know much about the Orthodox scriptor. We had problems communicating with her as she would not get back. We had to ask her to put it in the Greek paper and at the meeting she asked about the cross on the day at the grave. We advised her that we had a lot at Rockwood and didn't need a cross but if they could put a laminated print on the tomb stone so people new of her passing until we were able to engrave it. Well, this didn't happen nor did the blush lip colour on our mothers lips. After phonw coalls and complaints the manageress of White Lady Rockdale Suezy called me and said appointed another lady to look after our mothers funeral as I refused to attend the funeral if this lady was going to continue to handle it. If you are Greek, keep away as they have NO knowledge what is needed and provided and the cost was nothing short of $19,000 and we received nothing of what the Greek funeral palours give as they did for our dad to send him off. We went with White Lady because of what we had seen when they walk past the house for the last goodbye and leave a rose at the door.

July 2025They say that angels walk amongst us , and this is true of Susie at Rockdale White lady Funerals. It had been a traumatic year for myself and my son, with the loss of my beautiful mum and going through breast cancer myself. Our situation was not so straight forward , Susie was so compassionate , professional , understanding and went beyond and above her realm of her job description . She cried with me and held my hand every step of the way . Susie and her team of beautiful Ladies , helped us give mum the send off she deserved . Thank you it seems it isn't enough , but thank you and bless you for everything you did for us as a family at the most difficult year we have ever had. Dianna & Family

June 2022Today we held the celebration of the life of my darling mother at White Ladies, Rockdale. We had previously used White Ladies Bankstown services for the funeral of our Dad. They did not disappoint, Geraldine and her team were kind, thoughtful and respectful throughout the planning and event. The White Ladies certainly do have a “woman’s touch” and our family felt very secure and cared for at this terrible time in any family when a loved one passes on.
