Feb 2026We paid for an "all inclusive funeral" This is lie. After the cremation, Guardian refused to do anything. We paid for the ashes to be interred. They refused. Dodgy. Dodgy

Feb 2026My godmother paid for her husbands remains to be cremated and interred at Rookwood. After the cremation they ghosted her.... 3 months later ashes not interred. Bad, bad people

Aug 2025My father passed away in 2023. Our request for my father to be driven in front of the family home (of 57 years) before church was not done. We waited for over an hour and only through multiple phone calls made by us, did we find out that Guardian Funerals botched our simple request. Dad was not seeing his home for the last time. Heartbreaking. This debacle made the family late for the church service. What a stress. To top it all off, dads surname was misspelt on his cross. Guardian Funerals couldn't even get that right. This was later rectified at dads gravesite. We were compensated a few thousand dollars from the final bill but the pain and memory of these mistakes remain with us. I understand that mistakes happen but I would not use Guardian Funerals nor their affiliates ever again. Unfortunately we received an unprofessional, sloppy and careless service from Guardian Funerals. We are left wondering whether it was dads body in the casket. Sorry Dad.

Having Kelly look after the needs required for my beautiful Mother put me at ease as it was the most difficult time of my life. I can't thank her enough for her beautiful nature and care like no other. I highly recommend Guardian/White Lady especially Kelly, to look after your loved ones.
