June 2019TOTAL RIP OFF: BE AWARE WHEN YOU GO TO THE FRONT OFFICE THIS IS THE SORT OF PEOPLE YOU ARE DEALING WITH... My Funeral was to be private with absolutly no service, no flowers, just cremate my body have ashes ready for my daughters or my step daughter (who lives in Richmond NSW) to collect - but on Checking my paperwork J W Chandler Guardian Funerals have charged me $350 for Flowers, I did not ask for!!, they have organised a service, charged me for (that no one will be attending and they knew that). All up I was Charged $8000+ for one person....I have sent a letter from my solicitor only to be ignored!! Where are the bodies cremated??? Are you a factory, where you cremate all the bodies together??? I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE....
