It was a huge loss but we used Grace funerals for both services and we were blown away with their professionalism, compassion and efficiency. We had a time restraint for the first service and some odd requests for the 2nd and they didn't bat an eye lid and made it all happen. The thing that impressed me most was that they could read the room. Mums funeral was nothing but class because that's what she would have loved. Dads was perfect for him, beautiful but also humerous. Natasha and staff picked up on the vibes of both services from the minute we first sat down with them and were supportive and helpful to make both services perfectly perfect for our parents. Communication was easy and efficient which made it less stressful. Thank you natasha and team, you made our journey a lot easier x

You don't think clearly, you ask questions over again and you hesitate in making decisions because you want the best of everything. Through the calm sincerity of all staff, Grace offered a pillar of support to which our family could cling at all stages and I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them.
