Losing our dad was incredibly difficult, but the team truly helped us navigate the entire process with compassion and professionalism. Katie took the time to listen to our memories of Dad and then kindly tailored the memorial funeral service to perfectly reflect his life and personality. She even suggested the right celebrant to suit the type of memorial service we wanted. It wasn't just a cookie-cutter service; it felt personal and meaningful, which was exactly what we needed. The communication throughout the entire planning process was outstanding. We always felt informed and supported. On the day we had Jennifer, Meaghan, and Scott at the funeral to help us. "Jennifer was particularly helpful, by helping me with the floral display and dads printed photos on easels. Scott confirmed we wanted a recording of the service and when to play the DVD slideshow. Even after the service, we received a thoughtful follow-up call to check in and see how we were doing. This genuine care and attention to detail really meant a lot. We are eternally grateful to Creightons for helping us honor our dad's memory in such a beautiful and meaningful way. June 2025After losing our beautiful brother Aaron to cancer sooner than we expected, we were in shock and found organising a funeral incredibly difficult. Thankfully, we were in safe hands with Chris, who showed us such empathy while gently guiding us through this challenging time for our family. Her professionalism and knowledge were admirable and greatly appreciated. Her suggestion of a guard of honour as the hearse drove away from the stunning chapel at Greenway, while all the mourners blew bubbles, was such a special goodbye to Aaron. The Creightons team on the day, Ash, Paul, and the celebrant Ken Wethered, were absolutely faultless and perfectly suited for our brother Aaron. My mum was especially impressed with how well Ken suited our family's needs. He visited us after hours to accommodate our schedule and spent a significant amount of time listening to our stories about Aaron, ensuring he captured his ture essence and the love that surrounds him. We had many people comment that this was one of the most beautiful funerals they have attended. I highly recommend Creightons. They demonstrated true professionalism from start to finish. Our family is extremely grateful to have entrusted this daunting experience to a truly effective team that genuinely cared for us and paid attention to all the finer details. We were very well taken care of. Thank you!

Oct 2024If you want to pre pay your funeral for your family to make it easier, do not go here. Horrible and disgusting. Do not go here. I had my father's funeral earlier today and they made it 10x worse. I thought they would work to to make it easier for the family but no. Yesterday I got a $595 invoice for a PowerPoint slide and a dated looking pamphlet that they made out to be included in a prepaid funeral. I went and did a way better one for $20 and took me 15 mins. They also tried to charge 500 for horrible flowers. I saw the quality today and I am so glad we went and got the flowers ourselves. Cheap and tacky they were. Five minutes before the funeral today this disingenuous man tried to get me to sign paperwork then when I walked out of the funeral crying tried to get me to sign again. My father would be so angry to know the way they treated his children. So much for a prepaid funeral, they will try to rob you of funds left, right and centre. Disgusting, disgusting, disgusting people. Do not go anywhere near them.
