Gregory & Carr Funerals - Gordon

Gregory and Carr were absolutely wonderful in the management of my father's recent funeral. From the very beginning, when they took care of Dad in the interim days before the funeral, they took great care of Dad and made us feel as though he was really important and valued by them. I can't say how comforting this was. Courtney Herman worked closely with us in the kindest, most professional and thoughtful way to organise the funeral itself. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she even generously stayed with me so I could view my Dad before the funeral, I wouldn't have felt I could do this without her calm presence. The sensitive care that had been taken of him was so obvious and I feel a complete, deep gratitude to Gregory & Carr and especially Courtney (and the men who attended on the day of the funeral who were also absolutely perfect for us). Jacob was incredibly caring and made everything feel seamless during such a difficult time. A high level of professionalism and organisation was evident throughout. I was constantly pleasantly surprised how quickly Jacob responded to questions and completed tasks - even with a multitude of changes given to him along the way. Everything on the day went perfectly. Jacob and the G&C staff guided us through the day with kindness and the Funeral service was exceptional. It was truly the best experience we could have hoped for under the circumstances. Thank you, and I’m glad we had Jacob looking after us.
