May 2024Nanna's funeral was nice, but Joyce's way of "comforting" my mum and my uncles and aunty was to tell them that they were now orphans because my grandad had passed in 2015. Utterly disgusted by that comment to be honest and very unnecessary in a time of mourning. Hopefully not her go-to comment for comforting families.

Sept 2022When my dear Mum Eunice McCann, died so suddenly, I was utterly lost. No idea what to do or how. I believe that God led me to William R Groves and I will be forever grateful. The funeral was perfect. The team was above faultless. Each individual was a beautiful human. They were kind, compassionate, patient, knowledgeable, gracious and so very respectful. Nothing was too much for them. They gave of their time so generously. If I were to move a long way from Picton, I would still want my own funeral to be taken care of by W.R. Groves.
