Feb 2026When my dad passed away, our family situation was complicated, and emotions were high. From the very beginning, Karen and Bek at Taylor’d Funerals were nothing short of exceptional. I first met them months before Dad died, when I wanted to “get my ducks lined up” so that when the time came, we could simply press play. They were incredibly accommodating, generous with their time, and went above and beyond to help me prepare. Nothing was ever too much trouble. When the time did come, everything was handled with ease, compassion, and absolute professionalism, even with a dysfunctional family dynamic. They navigated every situation calmly and respectfully, always keeping Dad and our family at the centre of everything. What also meant so much to us was that everything was done there, from Dad staying on the premises to the viewing and all arrangements. Nothing was outsourced or rushed. It felt personal, respectful, and reassuring, unlike many other funeral homes. There were no hidden costs, no pressure, and no surprises. Unlike many funeral homes that are part of large chains and feel more like shop fronts designed to “clip the ticket” at every step, Karen and Bek operate with complete honesty, integrity, and genuine care. Nov 2025Highly recommended! From the very beginning to the end of this difficult time, Karen Taylor made our family feel comforted and supported every step of the way. Her kindness, patience, and compassion were beyond words. My two daughter’s father laid to rest knowing he had a dignified, respectful and loving send off. The empathy and professionalism shown by Karen and her team were truly invaluable.

Nov 2025Following the passing our mother we were faced with having to arrange her funeral, as it is for everyone it was a difficult task at a vulnerable time. On the day before meeting with another funeral director a friend recommended Taylor’s Funerals. Karen made time for us the next day despite having a full day. That day we met with both Funeral Directors and after just 15 minutes with Karen we knew we would be using her services. Karen is a kind, benevolent person who truly cares about the families that come to her. Apart from being better priced everything she supplied was first rate. She did everything for us including putting the video and music presentation together for the service as well as the wake. The other mob wanted us to prepare a PowerPoint presentation and embed the music. I cannot begin to express our gratitude. A day that is confronting and sad was made so much easier by Karen and her team. We will be for ever grateful. I would recommend Taylor’d Funerals to everyone. Don’t bother going anywhere else.

Feb 2026When my Mum passed, my brother and I had the task of starting arrangements for her funeral. Not knowing where to start, I was given Karen’s number and she was highly recommended. After meeting with her and going through what we needed, my brother and I both felt a huge relief that we had someone so understanding, compassionate and supportive during the difficult process. Nothing was ever an issue and everything was done in an effective manner. Not to mention having multiple connections without realising so it honestly felt like it was meant to be. We had so many people compliment us on having such a wonderful service and we have both said it was all the amazing work of Karen and Bek. We are so immensely grateful for you both and cannot thank you enough for all your support during our difficult time.

Nov 2025I recently went through Taylor’d Funerals with the farewell of my beloved brother, and I could not be more grateful for the compassion, care, and professionalism they provided during such an emotional time. From the moment i first contacted , we were met with genuine kindness and gentle guidance that made every step feel a little lighter. The service itself was beautifully arranged—thoughtful, respectful, and deeply personal. Karen took the time to understand our stories and our wishes, as she created a farewell that truly honoured my brothers life . Every detail, from the setting to the flow of the ceremony, was handled with such dignity and warmth. Karen has a beautiful soul and I could not thank her enough for all of her support and respect .
