At a time of deep sorrow and distress, they gave us such reassurance that it will be ok and that they will take care of all the details. We were looked after by Maxine who was just fantastic. Her manner was sensitive, sympathetic and professional. On the day of the service, she personally attended to ensure all went to plan which it did. Weeks later I was asked if I could suggest any improvements but could honestly not think of any. Thank you and well done to the whole team.
