The communication, response time and overall service provided an excellent customer experience during a very tough and emotional time for our family. Craig and the team at Timeless were very understanding and clear in their pricing and service offering, prompt in engaging and working with the nursing home to transport Dad for cremation, providing and explaining the required documentation the we needed to complete, and those they would arrange.
