Jan 2026My husband's funeral was last July and it has taken me till now to say I would recommend Bryan Reid Funerals for a very special service. We were given directions and helped in every way to the last detail. Everything went so smoothly and all the staff were so understanding. I have been able to remember the day with sadness but feel my husband would be very pleased with his farewell.

Oct 2025We cannot thank Bryan, Leanne, Jacqui and all the staff enough for the most beautiful and perfect service for our Mum! Everything ran perfectly and the whole time we felt totally supported and knew Mum was in loving hands. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone was so friendly, professional and caring. The celebrant Maureen was truly Angelic and spent a long time with us to understand the essence of who our Mum was. Her words were so moving and absolutely perfect. The pricing is very reasonable for such excellence and care... Rest assured you will be in the very best hands with Bryan and his wonderful team. AAA+++ xoxo 🙏 🩷

Sept 2025Recently lost my Mother after a long period of illness. She had expressed she hadn’t wanted a funeral, just a private cremation. Bryan and his team were fantastic. They were understanding, available and attentive to our wishes at all stages of the experience. We were genuinely shocked at how reasonable the price was. Bryan didn’t try to upsell us, didn’t try and change our minds, he made the experience as stress free as possible. Staff kept us updated on when they had picked Mum up, sent us the death certificate, what time the cremation would take place, when the ashes were available to be picked up etc. Even the label and container of ashes were beautifully presented and carefully thought out. Thank you to Bryan and the team and highly recommend their services for your loved one.

Aug 2025Bryan has been the funeral director for 5 members of my family over the past 16 years. It appears nothing is a problem to him and his office staff. Bryan's attention to detail at a stressful time made the experience of farewelling loved ones much easier.

Sept 2025Not happy at all with Bryan J Reid Funeral Services. They conducted my fathers funeral. He had 3 conditions for his funeral. 1. No flags or nationalistic symbols in the chapel. 2. No religious symbols displayed. 3. The coffin lid was not to be bolted down. They missed out on all of these conditions. The coffin was draped in the Australian flag, the chapel had a crucifix mounted to the wall (the chapel had been changed at the last moment) yet the crucifix was not covered and the coffin lid was bolted down. I wanted to take legal action, however my mother did not wish to add to the enormous stress she was suffering. I can't seem to access your website. I do hope you have gone out of business. I am now looking toward my own funeral and Bryan J Reid won't see a dollar of my estate. I will tell everyone I know to avoid them like the plague. I must copy this to Product Review.
