Every detail was handled beautifully and seamlessly, allowing us to focus on honouring our loved one rather than worrying about logistics. Their communication was clear, kind and reassuring throughout the entire process. What truly stood out was the personal touch — they took the time to really listen and helped create a service that felt meaningful, dignified and perfectly reflective of the life we were celebrating. The service and presentation were outstanding. Glenda and Lesley were warm, lovely people who did not seem phoney at all. They took a huge administrative load off me, organising the cremation and viewing and all aspects of my wife's passing. I just felt we were in really safe hands and that they cared for me and my family. They were interested in our stories about the good times and sad times in our histories and we shared a lot of laughter as well as tears. They helped me and my family get through a really difficult time in our lives. I do not hesitate in recommending them and I hope, when I go, that they will handle my passage into the next life as well. Sincere thanks from the family and me.
