They took a huge administrative load off me, organising the cremation and viewing and all aspects of my wife's passing. I just felt we were in really safe hands and that they cared for me and my family. They were interested in our stories about the good times and sad times in our histories and we shared a lot of laughter as well as tears. They helped me and my family get through a really difficult time in our lives.
