June 2025We are so incredibly grateful for the care and compassion shown by Ian from the Guardian Team. From beginning to end, the service was handled with great professionalism, but what stood out most was Ian’s personal attention and heartfelt kindness. He went above and beyond to assist my grandfather, who has very limited mobility, helping him with great care to and from the church service. At the burial site, Ian showed deep compassion by bringing the soil directly to my grandfather so he could take part in the burial - a gesture that meant so much to our family. What touched us even more was Ian greeting us traditionally in Fijian and treating us with the utmost respect and cultural sensitivity during our time of mourning. His attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and genuine care made a difficult day feel a little lighter and full of love. Thank you, Ian, and team at Guardian, for honouring our family and our loved one with such grace.
