Dec 2023Losing my only son Cameron is so painful. But Galaxy team led by Selina and her staff Esther and Heiman had made the funeral service easier for us. The overall feedback from attendees in person or virtue was the service was so touching and memorable. Organisation of the service was smooth and highly efficient. Selina is most professional, compassionate and understanding. Esther and Heiman are very friendly and helpful. The photo tribute was an excellent task done. Selina had kindly asked her young daughter Vanessa to help us to be the MC. She is so sincere and sympathetic. Many thanks to Galaxy for helping us to have a beautiful service to remember our dear son Cameron.

Oct 2021Just want to thank the Galaxy Funeral team once again for their professional, efficient and caring service. From the first phone call to the end of the funeral service, they have exceeded all our expectations. We didn't have much experience in arranging funerals but the Galaxy team (Selina, Cherie and Kris) was able to provide just the right level of advice and support. Experiencing the loss of a loved one is difficult enough so to have someone as experiences and professional as Selina helping, took a massive burden off our shoulders. We are Chinese and non-religious and Selina was able to provide exactly what we needed, offering advice and guidance without any pressuring sales driven tactics. She was genuine and easy to deal with, as well very thoughtful and attention to detail. She also did a fantastic job of conducting (MC) our service. Well done! Me and my family is forever grateful.
