In the midst of our heartbreak, we chose Lady Anne Funerals, having heard their name mentioned in passing by a friend and it was a blessing that we did. On the hardest day of our lives, we met Karen and Carol. From the very first moment, they greeted us with genuine compassion, deep humanity, understanding, and the highest level of professionalism. They gently guided us through every step, from choosing the plot to selecting the colour of the flowers, making an unbearable time feel just a little more manageable.
