June 2024We met or contacted two other funeral directors before we found Mr Pauly Earthing, Your Funeral Consultant at WN Bull Funerals at Newtown. In contrast to the previous two, we decided to go with Pauly straight away becuase he provided us with an excellent customer service in our most difficult situation. Pauly went many extra miles to accommodate our specific cultural and religious requirements for the funeral ceremony held at Castlebrook Memorial Park Rouse Hill, NSW. His genuine empathy, professional and friendly nature gave us a real comfort we needed from a Funeral Director. Pauly's warm and flexible customer service truly exceeded our expectations.
