We are extremely happy with our choice to use Idyllic Funerals. Having planned some business events myself, when we started working with Matt, It was clear that he knew his profession inside out and what’s more was passionate about it. Matt explained the end to end process in a respectful yet down-to-earth way. He provided realistic, sensible & fitting advice. Matt always did what he said he was going to do, when he said he said he would do it. He was also great at keeping us updated. If there was a choice to be made he provided just enough options that he thought would be right for our situation, making choices easy yet effective and within our budget. The result was a really beautiful and fitting funeral service. Friends and family got to learn things they didn’t know about mum. Guests cried just a little, laughed & sang along to her favourite songs. It was a service that mum would have loved. The end to end process went exactly as planned. I cannot recommend Idyllic Funerals highly enough.
