June 2025The most incredible team to deal with during such an awful time. I cannot recommend Pettigrews enough. All staff were incredibly professional, warm and caring. Nothing was too much for them. Their facilities and attention to detail was also outstanding and made the whole process of losing a loved one, as easy as possible.

July 2025Not all that glitters is gold. My experience with Pettigrews was deeply disappointing. Although the front desk staff were kind and compassionate, significant mistakes were made with crucial documentation, causing my family unnecessary distress. I was assured that management had been made aware of these issues and would reach out to me, but I never received any follow-up. I had to contact Pettigrews myself to check on the documentation, and when I finally spoke with a manager (Joel), I was told they would re-examine the “Professional” fee charged to us. More than two weeks have passed, and I have yet to hear anything further. If you choose Pettigrews, be aware that you may be let down. It felt as though I was no longer a priority once they had received payment, and the problems I raised remain unresolved. I rarely write reviews, but I hope sharing my experience will encourage Pettigrews to be more considerate with their clients in the future.
