Appalling. The lack of any professionalism in their customer service and follow up and constant mistakes was just too much. I shouldn't have to be chasing for everything. They are supposed to be guiding you through the process but it was left to us to chase them for everything. They should learn basic computer skills for how to transfer files. They should check things when you have them a girl and ask them to confirm if they can read your writing. Took two months to get the death certificate and that was after hounding them. They didn't even send a bill before referring it to a debt collector. Staggeringly unprofessional. On the plus side the catering got lots of compliments and the space for the service was nice and the video link very helpful. Edit dropped from 2 to 1 star as the promised follow up did not happen.
