Nov 2022Appalling. The lack of any professionalism in their customer service and follow up and constant mistakes was just too much. I shouldn't have to be chasing for everything. They are supposed to be guiding you through the process but it was left to us to chase them for everything. They should learn basic computer skills for how to transfer files. They should check things when you have them a girl and ask them to confirm if they can read your writing. Took two months to get the death certificate and that was after hounding them. They didn't even send a bill before referring it to a debt collector. Staggeringly unprofessional. On the plus side the catering got lots of compliments and the space for the service was nice and the video link very helpful. Edit dropped from 2 to 1 star as the promised follow up did not happen.

Feb 2023Thankyou so much to all of you, the service for my children's father was beautiful, Nicole, Jenni & Sharon, you were wonderful & caring people, I couldn't have asked for a better team, the only thing was the music in the slideshow jumped a little, other than that I was very blessed to have you with us through this difficult time , special thanks to Nicole you are an absolute sweetheart, thanks again, love, Tina, Jarrad, Justin & Jayden xox
