During an incredibly difficult time, we cannot thank John and Marie enough for the genuine compassion, professionalism, and care they showed our family every step of the way. They took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and handled all arrangements with dignity and respect. Nothing ever felt rushed or impersonal, and their kindness, patience, and attention to detail gave us great comfort and made a very emotional process much easier. We are deeply grateful to John and Marie for their outstanding support and would wholeheartedly recommend Sincere Funerals to anyone seeking a caring and trustworthy funeral service.

I can’t thank Marie and John enough for what they did for me. From the moment they arrived at the nursing home to take my Mum, I was impressed by their gentleness and reverence. I was very nervous going into their office to start my mum’s arrangements but Marie made me feel so at ease and understood that I left feeling confident it was going to be a special day. No request was too much for them. I asked for a priest who was gentle and compassionate and Marie said “I know just the man!” And he was wonderful, even saw me at home when I requested I meet him prior to the funeral service. Everyone, from the printer, video maker, driver, florist, caterers made it a very special day for me and my family. My friends commented how lovely the driver Sony was; no request was too much for him. When it came to viewing Mum’s open coffin prior to the funeral service I was very nervous. But when I entered the viewing room John was there to support me. I was given as long as I needed to say my final goodbyes. The room had a warm and sacred feeling. Marie and John are very special people. They are genuinely warm and caring. I cannot recommend them enough. They helped me farewell my Mum who was my world. They helped me honour her life the way she so deserved. God bless them and the work they do. I feel privileged to have met them.
