You’d think that visiting the funeral home itself, you’d be able to get accurate or at least reliable answers from staff. But due to their negligence and falsehood you could miss an entire funeral because they can’t tell you the correct time of a funeral. Dad and remaining close mate buried their 2 other friends this month. 3 hours off, old mate completely missed the funeral. No closure for him. He’ll be fine, he should’ve downloaded facebook just to see the funeral post! Great job RJ Sydney Craig! Your team is definitely empathetic enough to be handling such sensitive work.
