July 2025We chose Kristy, Shi and their team as we hoped we would receive a personalised and caring service following the passing of our loved one. They far exceeded our expectations and delivered an incredible caring, compassionate and well thought through service. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they came to us with thoughtful ideas and added a huge touch of human to this sad time for us. We are in Queanbeyan which made no impact on the travel for them from Goulburn or the service they gave us. The slideshow that Shi did for us at the service of our loved one was the best slide show we have ever seen! Everything they did was with thought, care and kindness. Feb 2024From the moment I had called Lovell Miezer for my dad even before he passed, I had a very good feeling him and I were both being taken care of in such a vulnerable time. Shi and Kristy were so lovely as the rest of the staff, I felt so comfortable and it didn’t feel like it was business at all. They were very professional, as kind, caring, compassionate and empathetic and wanted to make sure I was happy with everything. Which in this time it’s exactly what you need without having to have extra worry. They went above and beyond and I couldn’t be more grateful.
