Simplicity Funerals Lismore

When Dad, at the age of 79, passed away, we contacted Simplicity Funerals in Lismore. Upon our meeting with them we were greeted by funeral director, Debra Downes, who we all instantly liked. Deb was able to clearly convey exactly what needed to done by each of us, who we needed to contact, and what services would be performed by Simplicity Funerals themselves. So, everything was very clear, which is so important, given that Dad had not longed passed, and allowed us to focus on each task at hand. Also, due to us needing additional time before holding the funeral, as my brother and his family were out of the country at the time, that too was not an issue, and also put our minds at ease once again. Throughout the entire process, Deb was excellent with the communications (phone calls, emails, SMS) with any questions, queries or clarifications which were required by either us or Simplicity, and she also organised opening up the chapel a week out from the funeral as so we could test the slideshow that was put together by myself. Her suggestion of Celebrant Angela Quinn was an excellent one too. I can't thank Angie enough for what she brought to Dad's service, she took the time to really listen to us and get a measure of the man that Dad was and then convey that information into her service with compassion, humility and a bit of humour as well. The whole process was flawless and the family was very happy with how everything turned out. So, thanks once again to Deb, Angie and S
