Oct 2023I cannot recommend Guardian Funerals Ballina more highly, in particular Lisa and Michael, who dealt with my dad’s passing with me. Lisa contacted me after my email enquiry (due to living hours away from Ballina where my Dad was located) and from the moment we connected it was like being supported by a trusted friend. Due to particular circumstances, Lisa went above and beyond to provide me information I asked for and needed in a kind but direct/honest manner - which is exactly what I needed. Dad was cared for from before he even arrived at Guardian Funerals Ballina until he came back to me. Everything was managed with grace and efficiency. So very grateful and can highly recommend!

The guidance, professionalism, care and understanding from Lisa at Guardian made a very sad day into a lovely memory about my mother, for her family and friends. The venue was excellent, flowers were beautiful, and catering superb.

July 2020I searched Guardian Funerals on Google & placed a call to their main call centre & spoke with Jess who was friendly, empathetic & professional. My details were passed onto Narelle at Guardian in Casino & then redirected to Betty at Ballina Guardian. I was very happy with the service. The care & consideration to detail were exemplary & my family felt our dear dad was in good hands. The funeral plan was put together, with our ideas in mind, and with some recommendations, which resulted in a beautiful service. I want to thank Betty, Paul, Sarah & Scott for their professional approach & attention to detail.

Oct 2017Michael Lewis was very compassionate and professional. The rate to have my partner transported to Sydney and delivered to me for a home burial was done in a way where I did not worry about how my partners body was being treated. Guardians communicated everything to me that was going on and took care of the Death Registration. At a time of so much grief, Michael from Guardian Funerals gave me one less thing to worry about. The most important thing. Thank you Guardian Funerals.
